| The six gardenview studios are set around the beautiful tropical garden. The surface of each studio is 25 m2 (250 sqft) and they all have their own terrace of 10 m2 (100 SqFt). The sleeping area is separated from the kitchenette by a high table with bar stools.

| Sunset Beach Studios has two oceanview studios. The studios offer you a beautiful view to the ocean and in the evening you can watch the famous Aruban sunsets. The size of the studios including bathroom is 25 m2 (250 SqFt) and each studio has a terrace of 10 m2.

| There are two large garden studios. These studios are the most spacious studios we offer. One has a surface of 30 m2 and one of 35 m2. Both have a terrace with oceanview and each studio has a dinner area.

| Ocean View House | |||||||
| The Ocean View House is perfectly suitable to accommodate families and groups of friends. This large villa, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, can be extended by opening connecting doors to a 3 or 4 bedroom villa. This oceanview house offers you a lot of privacy. The centrally situated living room, with beautiful view to the ocean and sliding doors to the terrace for gorgeous sunsets, is a cozy place to get together for dinner and drinks. The living room area has a 27’’ screen TV. The fully equipped open kitchen offers you all the comfort you are used to at home, including dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all kitchen utensils.
The living room is 75 m2 (800 SqFt), the two bedrooms are 20 m2 (200 SqFt) each and the terrace is also 20 m2 (200 SqFt). Rates – Reservations
